Terms of Service: Blue Volley Video

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms cover Blue Volley Video: the Volley Video Recorder (Android) and the Volley Video Editor (macOS, Windows, Linux), made by Blue Fermion Labs (Blue Fermion, LLC). By downloading or using the apps, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the apps.

2. User Conduct & Consent for Recording Minors

Volleyball environments frequently involve minors. You are solely legally responsible for the content you record. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions, waivers, and consents required by local law, school districts, or event organizers to record individuals at sporting events.

3. Your Recordings and Storage

The apps store your recordings on your own devices, and we keep no copies of them. If you use the optional Google Drive features, the copies are stored in your own Google account under Google's terms. We are not responsible for lost footage due to hardware failure, accidental deletion, or corrupted storage media. How the apps handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL NEVER DROP FRAMES, OVERHEAT YOUR DEVICE, OR REMAIN ERROR-FREE.

5. Limitation of Liability

BLUE FERMION LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPS.
